
I run through here several times a month. Typically I just run down the bike path by the river because this park ain't great. Almost always feel like I'm disturbing one or more members of the unhoused community who either are living here or using it as a base of operations. Also a favorite for "tagging" types. I've seen tagging here in broad day light. I've never ever seen the presence of the la government in any capacity. I moved from echo park to atwater, so I'm talking about five years of going back and forth.
