Today around 3:30 I went to buy body jewelry at the Tattoo supply store in side North Hollywood swap meet.I drive 35 min out my way every couple months for the past couple years now, An never had a problem until today!! Iv never been treated so disrespectful The worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!! This so-called manager owner and their sales associate, does not know how to run a business for all understand anything about tattoo business. And when I spoke up That Manager did not want to hear it and change his mind and denied me service! After I drove 35 min away!! Great people, so human, old fashioned and strong in the Latino culture. Shopping here is so much different than shopping in another places in a good way, and they have most things you would need. There is such a variety of vendors and they keep things reasonably priced.
