Today around 3:30 I went to buy body jewelry at the Tattoo supply store in side North Hollywood swap meet.I drive 35 min out my way every couple months for the past couple years now, An never had a problem until today!! Iv never been treated so disrespectful The worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!! This so-called manager owner and their sales associate, does not know how to run a business for all understand anything about tattoo business. I went to purchase Assort of body jewelry an gauges and since the sales associate made a mistake I was the one that had to pay for His mistake he made and the manager made that very clear to me!! And when I spoke up That Manager did not want to hear it and change his mind and denied me service! After I drove 35 min away!! I argued with him and he thought it was about the money when I had to do with respect and customer service he basically shut me up and said sorry in a loud voice in front of a bunch of people!!
