Manny gave me my first tattoo a few years ago. Id waited till I was 47 for my first tattoo and wanted something simple and meaningful. He does much more elaborate artwork but took my simple design on and made my daughter's draft a reality. This year I went back for an upgrade; again very simple compared to what Manny can really showcase. I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful artwork permanently showcased on my forearm. Because I have such a genuine trust in Manny, I took my daughter to him for her first tattoo. Finding a new artist is rough! While doing my research on artist in the area I came across Rare Hearts. The best decision I ever made was reaching out to this shop. Not only did I receive a timely response when it came to inquiries, but the website was incredibly easy to navigate and well designed. Which is a huge plus for me. Manny is the absolute best. My wife and I originally started going to him when he was at Ten Thousand Waves and we are STOKED he opened his own place. Rare Hearts is so welcoming, laid back, and centered around the artwork. Just like Manny. He became our go-to artist because of his friendliness, insane skill, and attention to detail.
