Griffith observatory is one of the most popular landmarks in Los Angeles and guess what? It's completely FREE to visit (except some exhibitions & the Samuel Oschin Planetarium). It's also a massive hotspot for the sunrise chasers as it has the perfect view over the city of Los Angeles. 😍 Open every day from 12-10pm except Mondays. How to get there if you don't have a car: There is DASH bus service every day from Los Feliz at 10am-10pm and it costs 35 cents with Metro TAP card. Would you like to visit or have you been? 💛 #griffithobservatory #losangelesvibes #californiasunrise

★★★★★ If you’re in LA and haven’t sought out the Griffith Park Planetarium! Space is endlessly fascinating, and the fact that this celestial experience is free is nothing short of astronomical. From the exhibits to the spectacular views of LA, it’s an out-of-this-world adventure. It’s a stellar way to spend an afternoon

Got to the free parking lot around 3:45pm on a Wednesday, then walked up and was able to get tickets to both the 4:15 Signs of Life and the 5:15 Centered in the Universe. Both shows were excellent and very well narrated.
