Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Torrance

I just got back from my 2nd trip to this Chikfila since they were missing food from my order. I go back and complained and told they had me pull up for 5 mins because the nuggets that I order were not ready. They bring my order and I leave…. I get home and I’m missing a meal of nuggets…. I had to go back and get the food that was missing. I expressed to the drive thru how pissed I was… that I have to come back and waste time and gas to get my food that was missing. I almost spent $70 for four meals just to come waste more time and gas. She apologized and said I’ll throw in some fries for you. I told her ok… they gave me the bag AND GUESS WHAT ? THE FRIES ARE MISSING !!!! I wanted to get off and complain but man you can’t fix stupid… I already express myself…. Went in one ear and out the other.

Chikfila I don’t know what type of employees you got working here but you are not getting another dime from me. HORRIBLE SERVICE….. definitely...

The cashier at the time I went was very rude she looked right at me not only did she not smile she didn't welcome me she didn't say anything in the way of a greeting when taking my order. After giving her the money she put my change on the counter with my hand was clearly out for my change. Ironically I was talking to my cousin who lives out of town telling her that I love Chick-fil-A and that their service is always fantastic I cannot say that about this location I will not be back, as the owner operator, you should really be careful about the people you are letting run your investment because yours is the emptiest Chick-fil-A I have...

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately I have to put a star… I’m staying across the street in the hotel for work and wanted to grab a side of ranch for dinner I had picked up. I was better off going to the grocery store to purchase a bottle of ranch to save myself the headache of coming this Chic-fil-a location. The young lady working the drive through was extremely judgmental and was making it a hassle to get a side of RANCH. I purchased ranch and when the young lady brought it out to me I could see the staff and managers pointing at my vehicle and laughing. Very unprofessional, I will never come to this...
