6/25/2025, Superior Market, thank you for the reply that youāll look into the supervisor? Imelda bad experience(s) that I wrote about yesterday.
This is a long ongoing issue, and it isnāt the first negative report about Imelda, and she keeps getting away with it, But Why?
In fact, I only wrote about 1 of my personal/past hateful and discriminating experiences, by her, and there have been other people as well, all due to Imeldaās hateful, unprofessional treatment.
Iāve spent my money for a ride(s) (taxi, etc) to go shop at that āThe Marketā to begin with, knowing that at least: I can buy enough food to qualify for the sponsored free transportation, and Get my food back home quickly and refrigerate it safely.
I used to like going to your store and do my outing/shopping, chat with shoppers, the produce, bakery and meat dept employees too.
I had to stop, I was getting home from the market feeling upset. Iāve lost a few perishables for her dishonesty to help me with a ride home.
I am ill, a Senior on disability, the stress, the discomfort and discrimination, she stares at me with hateful evil like look on her face, it just wasnāt worth it for me.
When asking my cashier for my ride home, they always tell me to go ask Imelda, and Iād go do that, but I dread it each time, she looks at me with disgust on her face.
I approached her requesting help for a ride home, and she would ignore me and walk away.
She is/was a āBā every damn time Iād ask for a ride home or when sheād pass me in the market.
I do not know her from anywhere else, and I have never been rude to her.
She seems filled with hate, and anger, I may be just one of the many shoppers taking my personal time to post something about this, but she does it to others, it seems she dislike the young females. Thank you for allowing feedback, and I hope we can have peace instead of this hate and bad treatment. 6/24/2025: Can someone at the headquarters Please replace the Mean, Unprofessional, Rude+Hatefull+Ignorant supposed supervisor named Imelda!! Always a problem when having to ask for help or approval to get the market sponsored ride back home after spending the required amount on groceries. She intentionally lied and made me wait outside for a ride that never came, meanwhile my ice cream melted into an awful liquid & my meats were warm when I finally got home. I am a senior disabled person and was treated badly by her and her clerk that she had intimidated leave me waiting by disappearing to the back of the market and do nothing about my ride home, forcing me to stand outside (with spinal pain) until I called a yellow cab taxi because I had already gone back into the store twice to ask her where is my car ride home, she said she said you just have to wait outside, and that she would come outside in a few minutes, but she did not. She is not a young lady/person?, at least 50's-60 years of age, so I politely asked her "Senora can you help with my ride home?, and she rudely told me dont call me senora! Its like what? Is she a man dressed as an elderly woman or what now with her? always some B/S. I havent been back because of her, and also because Superior Market has not ever acutally taken any action to all of our customer feedbacks. I dont need worthless apologies, thats cheap talk. I went to the meat department and was greeted and helped so fast by this tall lady very enthuastic and nice , when her manager with black hair and glasses (latina) approached her while she was talking to me and immediately started telling her wheres your name tag did u do this or that etc she explained while the meat department lady was still trying to help me then the manager continued "that's minus 20 points" hmmmmmm I was very uncomfortable and I could see the employees face she was so hyped and this manager comes and kills her mood like management needs more training . You wait until the shift is over or you call her in the office or simply take over so she can put her name tag on by the way I would love to go back and thank the lady because she really has patience of an angel. One of the things I loved about The Market was the wide selection of products they had available. They had a great selection of fresh produce, meats, and dairy products, as well as a wide variety of pantry staples and household items. I was able to find everything on my shopping list and then some, thanks to the variety of products available.
In addition to the great selection, I was also impressed by the quality of the products at The Market. The produce was fresh and vibrant, and the meats were high-quality and flavorful. I could tell that the store takes pride in offering their customers the best products possible.
Overall, my shopping experience at The Market by Superior was excellent. I will definitely be returning...
