Read moreThis grocery store offers free Uber rides home for customers who use food stamps, but the way they go about it creates a serious burden for rideshare drivers. They always request Uber XL, and leave special instructions asking the driver to call the passenger—who often doesn’t speak English and can’t communicate their needs. These passengers typically require extra assistance but the help request is never clear. News flash, we aren't required to call cell phone numbers outside of the Uber app for safety reasons, and we certainly aren't compensated for going this extra step.

Read moreThe cashiers in this store are rude!! They don't want to accept coupons on sale items. They claim manufacture coupons are fake in which is not true. The managers, assistant manager's act like the store is theirs. I tried making my transaction in a 15 item or less and the cashier said no. I had less than 15 items. The cashier talked backed at me used profanity. I went to get the store manager and she did the samething to me. I as a customer feel as if my money was not good enough for them. I walked out of the store empty handed. I will not accept to be treated this way by managers and cashiers. I am not going back there ever again!!! The owner of this store needs to hire new people to administer the store. I feel he's out of touch with the reality that goes on in his store. Also, this company should make it accessible for customers to make formal complaints. I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD HERE AGAIN. I DON'T WANT TO BE MISTREATED TALKED DOWN TO AND BE HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS THIS IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE...
