Superior Grocers — Attraction in Los Angeles

I was denied payment of groceries when I tried to pay with a legal USA Federal Reserve Note of $20.00 the cashier stated her name was Brenda, but on the receipt it states Rafaela Fernandez(cashier 0045)ticket#0052 today January 20,2025@11:19am

There was no legal reason to deny my payment.

The cashier along with her associate directly humiliated and stated publicly to take the note to the bankbank and deposited myself and had the audacity to ask me if I myself would accept a semi-wrinkle bill. Without an option, I was forced to ask my sister for a $20.00 loan. I did ask who was the manager, but they both ignored my question.

Overall, Coporare should train and oversee the customer service process and train their employees to provide exceptional customer service not minimal to mediocre service. I’ve witnessed on a daily level of their unprofessional service towards our minority community.
