Awful service the staff cashiers are rude very unprofessional that location is very prejudiced black people get treated differently there I went there several times I noticed they greet Mexicans with a smile and black peoples get what they get I spend a lot of money at this low budget store iam not going to spend another dime there not knowing if we don’t patronize the stores they will close iam going to take everything I purchased back my money will be appreciated else where it’s not worth the humiliation trying to make it seems like they have the power and when you file a complaint with upper management are a field supervisor they take a couple of months to get back with you after several phone calls they don’t care they just want you to spend your hard earned money and mostly all the supervisors in the managers there are Mexicans nobodies in these companies are black run in the store. What’s up with that? Something’s has to change these feel supervisors need to attend the stores more often to see with these people that their trust him with the stores are doing I would not recommend this store or any Ross stores. they are not worth spending your money Because majority of them is no good. Don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t matter what race you are but it’s a matter of who’s running the company if there more on a professional level😡😡 my daughter Shop stay or two if she says the same thing they are very prejudice I would not recommend any family member to go purchase at the stores. Female cashier with glasses was rude in station 7... First off, she did not greet me when I approached the counter. After I placed my items on the counter, I placed the basket to the opposite side where another one was. She asked security if he could take the baskets ... He mentioned he is not supposed to touch baskets, and if "they" (I don't know who they are) ask, he would say she (the cashier) asked him... He said," I think people just forget to put it back where it goes." She said in reply, "No, I think people are just lazy." She said that right in front me ... Mind you, there is a right side door (facing Figueroa St)that leads to the parking lot and my car was parked just outside the door... The location where the baskets are placed are at the other door facing Vernon Ave. behind the checkout stations... She thought enough to say thank you once I paid for my items... The security guard (noting that my demeanor changed after overhearing the conversation they obviously wanted me to hear)fakely said, "Have a nice day," on my way out of the right side door. I see why there is a "Now Hiring" sign in the window... The limited staff that they do have towards the front of the store clearly have no manners or customer service skills... In addition, the store looked like a storm hit it... Merchandise was on the floors, items were placed with wrong sizes, the bra section you should just forget about, and the shoe dept. was a mess! The lost prevention have nerv to come harass me when I was looking for an excercise equipment. Not only did he harrasse me but he kept following me around the store as if I'm going to steal from them, and he was disrespectful! And have the nerv to ask if I need help and I said no I dont need his help, and said if needed help I would to the front to ask.
