The Cut On Pico — Attraction in Los Angeles

Okay so this place is very nice and looks like it's been remodeled. 5 stars on that, but this place does have roaches. I saw one and didn't pay it any mind. But I'm currently here right now for 4 days, and me and my Fiance have killed at least 10-15 roaches since we been here. Roaches crawling out of the refrigerator, on top of the microwave, in the bathroom, closet, and everything. This is not worth paying for. I dont recommend anyone to stay here, unless you don't have an issue with sleeping with roaches. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. These units even includes a can of roach spray, which tells me that the owner knows there are roaches. I also don't like this place because the parking lot exit is on a main street which means you have to sit and wait for a long time before you can actually drive out and leave. This place does have multiple locations DO NOT STAY AT THE 1383 Hauser Blvd location. Suite 10 specifically. But I'm sure if this unit has roaches, the other...

Really loved staying here, it was like our own little California apartment! They have parking on the side of the building which is nice, basically one veichle to each room. We had a room right on the corner on the top floor so we could look out to the streets and signs. The place was clean but saw occasional cockroaches. Didn't bother me. Handicap entry for the bottom floor but not for up the stairs. The owner lived in one of the rooms downstairs which was a little odd. This place is right across from a liquor store which is cool too, but they are really expensive. We showed up early and asked if we could get in so we had to wait and waste time else where until they could let us in. Would love to...

They have an airbnb portion that we were able to book last minute due to a lock box which was so nice. Rooms were a bit over-crowded with furniture, window was left open, fake outlet in the bathroom so you can't do your hair, a/c was loud and you could hear the street very clearly through the single pane windows, bed sheets had what looked like menstrual blood on them.
