As a general contractor Iāve been to many Home Depotās and i must say this one here has to have the best customer service! Went to 2 different departments and both departments had an employee on its toes. Thanks HD
Second time coming in purchased a table saw, after putting it together on job site i realized there was a piece missing ārip fenceā.. called and spoke with Oscar the assistant manager he asked for me to bring in the table saw and receipt. I explained to him that the table saw was already assembled and asked if i can just pick up what was missing, he replied with āi need the whole unit here with receipt for an even exchange ā I am now at back at this Home Depot with table saw and receipt with Oscar in the front door as if he was waiting for me, after introducing myself to why Iām there, he asked for my receipt, hands it to the nearest employee and asked them to fetch my missing piece.... why in the world would you make me go through the trouble of loading up the table saw in my vehicle after i told u it was inconvenient for me to do all that in the first place?
Ps. Itās now 11:04 am and Iām stuck on Torrance Blvd because of the train.....

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI give the custoner service from DIEGO GONZALEZ 5 STARS. He helped us without even asking him. He knew we needed help and he approached us with pleasure. We were looking for blinds in particular and had to be customer made to fit our windows. He gladly helped us order them. I let him know I've ordered some before from different homedepot location and they failed to give me the right size. The other guy did not want to help really so I figured he didnt care if he put in the right measurements. So upon receiving the blinds, measurements were so off. I returned them and got refunded but never went back to that home depot for such service. I told Diego how scared I was to receive the wrong size blinds again and he reassured me and showed me on the paper. I finally got the blinds and only one issue. One was broken and so returned it and had to reorder. I looked specifically for Diego Gonzalez to reorder because I LOVED HIS SERVICE. He likes his job and helping fellow customers.thats how it should be. That is my go to location when I need something from home depot. And that is the furthest home depot. It almost appeared as if they were blocking the door. Their cold empty stares, the sneer on their down turned lips. No greeting, but I swore I heard someone say "All hope abandon, ye who enter here" I used to love this store. Sob+ My OTHER and I always go an hour before closing. There's no crowd and until tonight My HD rocked The DYI House! Tonight I saw several staff members staring into the abyss for more than ten minutes. They made no attempt to hide it. No assistance was offered, I was carrying a bag of soil on my shoulder to check out, when a large man barked "Lady we're closed" not offering to help me with the soil. I recognized several famlar faces, so it wasn't all new people. HD I don't forgive you, why? You know better. My family spends thousands of dollars a year, improving the #SlumLord property. Can't you just let us pretend we own something for a minute? Mandatory retraining for all staff, and hire better managers.
