Extremely unprofessional PA. My son needed to be seen for a possible throat infection. He was screened by the front office staff. He had a normal temperature, just a severe sore throat. After an hour of sitting there, the PA stood at the door (did not even enter the room) and began to chastise my wife and son about why we were bring him in if he had symptoms that may be Covid related. I am sorry, but every symptom is the same symptom as the flu, tonsillitis, etc. If she would have been professional enough actually ask before trying to "flex" on her patients, should have have found out that we did test our son for Covid prior to his visit, which came back negative. Her demeanor and bearing was anything but professional. She postured before my son as though he was infected by the plague. Needless to say, we left this so called medical facility and went to a different one and my son received antibiotics for a throat infection. If she is so worried about dealing with sick individuals perhaps she should get into another line of work. This place use to be good but now the service is bad. The first time a young man took me to the back get my blood withdrawn, he couldn't find the vein said he was going to get someone to help me. I been waiting patiently to my surprise this girl was checking the back before closing she was in shocked to still see me there eventually the guy ended up quitting. Another incident with another girl she poked me two times blood was everywhere she had to get someone else to help her. And today went just to see a doctor due to my right eye being red, she told me they stopped taking patients at 4pm only taking immigrants right now. They told another guy at 3pm now its 4pm make up your mind. The doctor has to see patient not through a phone consultation. This is starting to not be a urgent care, I will be changing my doctor to somewhere else. I was being kind because of everyone goes through stuff everyday but this is getting out of hand. Learn to speak to your patients...

So far a really good experience. The front desk gals are much friendlier than places I've been to when I had insurance, very helpful.

I was seen by both a student doctor and regular doctor, both of whom were very thorough. They took a fairly extensive amount of time examining, questioning and diagnosing me. It wasn't this rush job like other places.

I'm visiting from out of town and am between insurance on my job, so finding this place was really great. I called two other places and went into one. The prices were outrageous and the staff was rude. Here I am at a place that probably by most people would overlook and not go to for care.

Don't let the neighborhood or building fool you, you'll get better treatment here, nicer people to deal with, actual professionals. You'll also get real doctors interested in your health and care, most importantly.
