Office Depot — Attraction in Los Gatos

A feast for the eyes. I was pleasantly surprised that this glorious store has so much to offer. Supplies are no longer boring when you shop in this treasure trove of a store. I bought mouthwash, bandaids, beautiful inexpensive cards, shampoo, cups and cleaning supplies plus coffee. Notebooks and pens are wonderful. They have a super collection of all Crayola products, as well as every gift card that you can imagine. They have candy, gummies galore, treats and drinks. The place has the most beautiful office furniture and mushroom darling chairs! It’s so clean and tidy in here and extremely well-kept in every single aisle. They have every technology item you need and much more. I had no idea that Office Depot was a one stop shop. They have everything in here and I’m super amazed. The cashier was friendly, very nice and helpful. Office Depot is amazing and you must see it for yourself to enjoy it because I tremendously enjoyed this shopping experience today. Bought my new computer here and really liked the info I got and help. One snafu that almost kept me from getting my computer from them: the person helping me explained, after checking, that it was the only one left in their stores (on sale) in the area, and said he would give me $50 off if I bought the last one - which happened to be their display one. However, when I took it to the register, the person checking me out insisted that they only ever give 10% off of displays. And he was rude about it, ignoring me when I said we had been told otherwise. Meanwhile, the person who had originally told me that could not be found. It seems his shift just ended and he had left. The cashier continued to argue with me and I asked to speak to the manager. Upon nearing our register, the cashier said, "they claim they were told they would get $50 off," which rubbed me the wrong proverbial direction. I usually come here during the day, and the service is usually great. In fact that's the only reason why its not being rated a one star. My last experience here was around 8:20pm. I took into consideration that the store said it closes at 9pm. I asked right off the bat if I could print something off an email. The cashier that "helped" me asked me multiple time if I had a flash drive (to which I told her three times that no I didnt). Then after ten minutes of her talking over her headset and fiddling around with the computer, she finally told me that she cant operate her printer for the rest of the night. She then told me with a smirk that, "I need to come earlier in the day" and told me that Fedex was down the road and I can go there. No apology, or good attitude... Worst customer service I have ever...
