I had such a positive experience with Public Storage! From the very beginning, the process was simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Mary was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain all my options and making sure I chose the right unit for my needs.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I really appreciate the gated access, bright lighting, and climate control—it gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe and cared for. Moving in was easy with the carts and elevators available, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the rates are compared to other storage companies.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Every interaction I had—whether in person or over the phone—was professional, friendly, and efficient. It’s clear they truly care about their customers.
I’d highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and stress-free storage solution. I’ll definitely be using them again...
Read moreSick of this place!!!!! 1st issue I have with them is I started out paying $100 a month and my unit charge keeps keep raising now I pay $150 for a unit the hasn't been updated the light doesn't even work, the plastic liner on top is torn and it's not sealed from the next unit. 2nd issue last year I get a email saying i dont have a lock on my storage. I go there and the manager tells me she finds this lady living in my unit and a couple of others finds the bolt cutter and all the locks broken. Many things was damaged and missing and of course the insurance didn't cover any of it. The lady was not arrested and they do not have surveillance. And to top it off I had to pay the new higher fee the next day. 3rd issue I clean my unit pretty regular about every 2 months to prevent any spiders from moving in. So today I clean my unit and I find rat or mice droppings everywhere and furniture has holes is it boxes has holes in it and my washer and dryer cords have been chewed through....
Read moreI would give this place zero stars if I could. My storage has been broken into not just once, but twice. Staff are annoyed or apathetic when you ask them questions or ask for compensation for your property being stolen while under their care.
For an extra ten dollars, you can find a storage of the same size that is not only indoors, better protected and climate controlled with locks that aren't constantly being cut off at extra extra extra storage.
Right now, an unit smaller than an apartment bathroom has a base price of 88$, not including insurance. You'd think that such a hefty price would mean that they would have cameras or something to monitor your property, right?
Nope. Neither of the times when my storage was broken into were the culprits caught on camera. Nor when my mother's was broken into did they manage to catch the the robbers on video. Don't waste your money or give away your property to robbers by storing your...
