BAD BAD BEDBUGS MAGGETS PEOPLE HANGOUT ALLDAY DRINKING TALKING LOUD SMOKING WEED RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR & CAMERA MAN NOW I'VE STAyED THERE YEARS AGO AND LOVED IT BUt THE NEW MANAGEMENT MUST BE CRACKHEADS EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE. AVOID AT ALL COST. How do I start to say Maggets in my bed without my clothes being there yet within a hour of moving in and sleeping killed 3 bed bugs I found AND recorded a magget creaking up my leg. 10-7-14 room 247 and alerted the front desk and He said you brought them and have to go I said fine he said pack I then packed and he said no we can't refund your money because management isn't here so on Monday Columbus Day he called and said we will let you stay your week as if he was doing me a favor. Now he said they don't have beD bugs but he put on a special pair of gloves and a ultraviolet light in hand and went straight to my room and inspected the exact area where bedbugs were Not hoW would you go solve a crime without no knowledge of evidence or situation unless you were a fortune teller or you've had bedbugs before. My stay was a week and I had people hanging out in front of my door all night long drinking and smoking weed even at five o'clock Saturday evening when the man inspected my room he walked right passed them and I said hey can you do something about them, and he goes to attempt to say this guy says your hanging out in front of his door until I stopped him because it was a dangerous (Put the bland on him & not me move) because he goes home at seven and I live there. Anyway the front desk guy refused to give me my mail for legal proof that I stayed there if I decided to pursue legal action which I wouldn't to Stay and it was my degree from college & they confirmed it was sent from Kentucky to Kentucky which doesn't take a week to get here. But I informed the BBB & Health Department. And as I was getting my deposit back there was a Mideastern gentleman refusing to extend his stay after his checkout time and being begged by the front deak to stay because he had more friends coming and they didn't have a bigger room so they actually offered him $70 a week discount to not leave and he still didnt stay. Don't blame them because you've been warned I've moved down the street to a better RedRoof Inn it's more expensive but worth the peace...

I'm trying to figure out who's working in the office because I have not seen no maids services there's a problem with the staffing and the management operating I have informed the survey about the unsafe living conditions and there's no pressure in the tanks this is a cold regulation violation safety I'm concerns this is in good faith to assist y'all in this matter my state very uncomfortable because of the staff activity unauthorized people walking around the complex no security in the areas and after I scrapes of blocking the stairway all times during the day and night advertisement pictures of their InTown suites are very misleading does not look nothing like the images displayed on the online portal images are not even close to the actual location at 7121 Preston highway Louisville Kentucky ? Now I've been here since March that never been a maid coming to my room and made my bed not once okay management JR is # 1 Suspect This past summer at the children's School bus stop ground /carved luckily there was no kids standing there it would have been a disaster it would have been a serious incident the water was off for a week this is information that upper management should know because this is in good faith and I'm willing to guide somebody to get in town suites of the standards and safety and especially what I have experienced here this is in good faith multitask management security...

Rooms a lot smaller than hurstborne location there was no couch very small bathroom tv on side of bed so hard to view kitchen small and arranged to where it made it hard to move about ....We moved to hurstborne location where room was much bigger larger was tv straight in front of bed on wall with a great view from couch and bed table and chairs were actually in the larger kitchen/dinning room and appliances were arranged perfectly where u could move about with plenty of room to cook as well as eat in kitchen bathroom has a shower as well as tub and much bigger than Preston location that just had a stand up shower only ...we never received any towels in the 2 weeks we spent at Preston and asked several times ...hurstborne location came with plenty of towels and overall much bigger and nicer than Preston location it looked as if it has not been cleaned cigarette burns and other stains in sheets and comforter I would deff would NOT recommend Preston location EVER!! Fire alarm went off 3 or 4 times first few days there at random hours day and night! People yelling and carrying on all hours of night!!! Hurstborne is very quiet peaceful clean atmosphere been here a week and very Happy here much better room and place overall very satisfied A lot more for same price Would deff recommend hurstborne location over any other in town...
