Update on the generic response from the owner that took over 5 hours to respond to after non stop calling and texting me. Let’s get the facts straight.

My name is Polo, the owner of Lowell Phone Repair. I would like to reach out to you personally to apologize from what happened earlier this afternoon. I did not know the question came off this bad and hurt your feelings. For that I'm truly sorry.
The reason I asked about the picture was you look quite similar to the guy in the photo who had stolen a phone from us in the past weeks. With masks on, I couldn't tell the difference. Thats why I raised the question.
I am trying to call your number to discuss this matter, but I couldn't get a hold off you.

You said I look like someone who stole a phone from you and then say it’s hard to say because of the masks. That makes absolutely no sense and contradictory. The fact you even showed me your own private surveillance photo is also absurd. If you thought I was this person based off nothing would you really be asking them “hey can you verify if you are the one who stole from us?” Do you know how ridiculous you sound?
You made a major mistake and can’t even own up to it. All your positive reviews mean nothing, but an easy go to for excuses.
My feelings aren’t hurt, but my advice for you is simple. Own up to what you did. I don’t have the bandwidth for this nonsense and you were completely wrong.

Summary of events:
On Sunday, April 18th around 1:00-1:30 PM, I arrived at this business to inquire about a damaged charging port on my iPhone 7. I live a town over and usually go to Nashua for repairs, but was pinched for time. The reviews looked good. Which I know all to well that reviews are pretty deceiving.
They confirmed the charging port needed to be replaced and said it was 80 dollars to fix. Fair enough. I then asked a a few simple questions about my options. I explained that I could do the repair, but couldn’t wait to get the part. I then simply asked if I could exchange my phone for another one they had at a discount.
From this point on I still can’t believe what occurred. I asked some very simple questions as you can see. There were two females and one male working there at this time. After I asked those most harmless questions the gentleman asked me “Are you a new customer?” I said yes and that I found them on google. He then pulled out a picture on his phone of surveillance footage and asked “is this you?”
It was a fuzzy picture of a white male, with a mask and hat on that was impossible to identify. I asked him why he was showing me this. Apparently this unknown individual did something, which I don’t know of. At this point I left the store as I was god smacked that I was just racially profiled.
I sat in my car and decided to go back in and just have them repair it out of necessity and paid for it, but this is not without consequences to this business and what they did to me for no reason. I got my haircut and they called me on my work cell phone roughly an hour later saying the repair is complete.
Not one apology, explanation as to why they profiled me for absolutely no reason and no thank you.

That alone was great. I wanted to go in on July 4th, but assumed they wouldn’t be open! But he was definitely open and he even messaged me to let me know he was in the office early and that I could swing by. I said great how long is the process ? He said about 30 mins. In response to my request, the person agreed to work on it immediately and handed me back the phone in just half an hour. However, the next day I had to call the store when I realised that the microphone was not working. I had to make an additional trip to the store to hand over the phone for repair and and another one to pick it up. Apparently the original charging port had the microphone attached but the replacement didn't have it. That means that I had been given a phone without the microphone after the original repair.
