If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When entering, no one greeted us. When we approached the grouchy lady, she decided it was best to give us dirty looks while she said nothing. We explained that we needed a price on our jewelry. She approached us with a dirty look and took the jewelry. She only sat down for about 20 seconds and told us that it was worth $100. (What was interesting is that we had gone to other jewelers and they took their time and were extremely friendly and offered us $1000.) So when she approached us, she rudely handed us the jewelry and proceeded to give us disgusting looks. I’m a person where I usually don’t take the time to do reviews like this, but when stuff like this happens, I don’t wish upon that to others. And I honestly believe no one goes there for business because the place was empty. I spoke with other people who’ve gone to the same place and had the same experience. I went in a couple of weeks to get an antique brooch looked at, I asked if they could check the contents and the lady whom is always there said it was gold filled and it was costume jewelry (because it was tarnished and she also took it behind the counter to check it). Because I said I wasn't interested in selling she rudely pushed me on someone who had no idea what was going on. I recently got a second opinion by a family owned professional business in a neighbor city and found out, it it is in fact solid gold with diamonds. This store has an amazing owner. My family(while in Texas for family medical issues) met Ratna, the owner! She was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and one of the honest and compassionate persons I've met, especially in her line of business. You don't see ones like her vary often.
