Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Lubbock

Sooo asking because I know I'm not being crazy if I am someone let me know...I went to Wienerschnitzel on 34th asked for a bacon ranch chili cheese fries and some drinks I watched this woman from the drive thru make my food with no gloves then I asked the man for some fresh cut onions which he also picked up with his bare hands and served it to me....I didn't eat it..I've been in fast food for awhile up until this year and all the places I've worked we wear gloves while prepping, making, and serving food I called the manager just to make her aware..and she told me her restaurant have a paper that says they don't have to wear gloves and that they have signs all around the store stating this which I didn't see one sign she said when covid hit yes they wore gloves but after it settled down they aren't wearing them anymore and I'm like what?!?! And that they have actually contracts and papers stating they don't have to wear gloves and that the man who served my onions shouldn't have made them with his bare hands and that they sanitize and clean repeatedly and I'm like I don't know that how do you know they are keeping up with such terms as well and if he's not allowed to serve my onions with his bare hands why should any of my other food be?? Does anyone know about this supposed contract? Or am I trippen?? I honestly wont go there imo I don't think anyone else should either but I didn't eat the food I didn't make I fuss but I did let the manager know and this is what I...

Unfortunately this franchise has gone down hill. On several occasions during the late evening we have stopped at the drive through to order food. Mainly because there is no line of cars ( now I realize why) poor service. They can’t ever seem to put in the bag what I order but they sure as heck charge me for it. Especially that outrageous cheese charge. Smh. But anyways this last time and I do mean last because we will not give them my business any longer is they have the audacity to have some sit at the window and keep telling them to hold on. As soon as we pulled up we’re told “hold on” waited for 10 minutes then we were told to go ahead and order and we tried to order and get again were interrupted with “hold on” again. This time 5 minutes came and went and nobody came back. Waited another minute said “hello” and just decided to leave. Just warning everyone. Don’t waste your time...

Apparently they don’t like to take orders at night time. Sat at the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken. The car behind me was getting annoyed. No one ever answered so said “hello” still no answer so pulled forward. A girl who just clocked out and was walking out went ahead and took my order (just a Dr Pepper🤦🏼‍♀️). Asked her if the speaker wasn’t working and she said it was. Looked inside to see if anyone had a headset on and both the other employees did? A black lady had a headset on and a Mexican guy? (Didn’t get their names) Ridiculous and just LAZY. If you don’t like your job quit. Takes 2 sec to pour a Dr. Pepper. People should be fired immediately for stuff like this. These are the people that want more than minimum wage too.🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ Put 2 stars because I don’t have problems with the day time...
