El Ranchito Burrito — Restaurant in Lubbock

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, especially for small, locally owned businesses. But I placed a call in order for 2 bean burritos and when I went to pick it up, was handed 1 bean burrito and 1 chorizo burrito. I told them it wasn’t my order and asked if I could get another bean. The owner got very rude, handed back the chorizo burrito and said, “I’ve already made it so you have to take this one.” I told her I’m vegan and don’t eat meat so that’s not what I ordered. She rolled her eyes and said “then why would i make chorizo if that’s not what you ordered?!” I didn’t even know how to answer lol. She tried to charge me again for making another bean burrito. It took over 15 minutes to correct the order. It could’ve been such an easy fix to a simple mixup but she chose to be rude and demeaning. Sorry to say I won’t be back because I truly loved this place and have been coming for...

I ordered a sausage, onion and jalapeño burrito. When I called to let them know i am allergic to eggs and they put eggs in it and was going to say that i can't eat this and i have no way of going back to pick up correct order because I am at work and the person that picked my order up was gone already ..well she cut me way off and proceeded to let me know that she took all orders and she has not had any such order come by!! (In a very loud tone and would not even let me finish my sentence!! I finally just hung up!! I was trying to work and not looking for any debates...we support our locals all the time but ppl like this makes me not want to do so anymore!! We for sure will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DISRESPECTFUL RESTAURANT! This was one of the places we typically would go to...not anymore and I will let my family and friends know not to go...

The lady at the window was very rude and she asked if I wanted cream & sugar, I stated yes ma'am. Well, i get to my office and there is non in the bag.!! Go figure, aside from the fact that the parking lot is a total wreck, seems to me as though the service is turning into just that. This is what happens when you start off as a small business and get all HOT headed once you start to do good for yourself., it would be nice if the service was a little faster too, since I was the only customer you had, yet I still had to wait over 10-minutes to get my order & it was wrong to top it off.....WON'T BE GOING BACK-I WILL MAKE SURE AND LET OTHERS KNOW...
