I had an appointment at 9:30 and wasn't brought back until 20 minutes later because a male walk-in was taken before me. I let it go because the male haircut is a lot quicker than I was going to be. After washing out my hair, the hairdresser asked if I wanted to cut my hair as she was combing it out. I said no, not this time. She then hand dried my hair for 5 minutes, if that, and then stopped. When I asked if she could flip up the ends when done, I was told that she was done because people were waiting. There was 1 man with an appointment the other hairdresser was taking and another man who was a walk-in. Nobody else. When I questioned her saying that the whole point in my coming here and getting my hair done today was to be ready for my party, she just shrugged and said sorry somebody's waiting. So, $100 and almost 90 minutes later, I was forced to leave with a wet head completely dissatisfied. My hair looked far worse leaving than it did when I arrived, leaving me no choice but to wash and blow out my hair at home. Needless to say, I am furious to be out $100 for this. She was willing to spend time cutting my hair, but in her next breath she couldn't dry it. She had no qualms about making me wait for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment yet screwed me out of those 20 minutes to dry my hair at the end so she could take a male, walk-in.

Read moreWorst hair salon EVER. I took my kids in for haircuts. We didn’t have an appointment, but they said it was fine and it would be about 35 mins.. I said ok and asked Chris to put my boys names on the schedule.
After an hour had passed and they took several people BEFORE us, (although 2 of those people had come in after us) I asked how much longer. Chris then told the other hairstylist at the computer that they were to take several MORE people BEFORE us, even though they too came in AFTER us.
When I asked Chris why we were looking at 1.5 hours or more when she had originally said 35 mins, she said that other people called ahead. I said fine, but you never told me that. She said well 35 mins was just a “ ballpark”. But then the other girl asked what my boys names were so she could put them in the system. I said, “didn’t you put them in already?” The answer was “no”.
So I was lied to about the reason we were being passed over. Chris just never put us on the schedule and then lied to me about it, taking the people who called in after I was there, before me.
I asked to speak with the manager but the manager said I had to wait. The bottomline, Simon “The Manager” never came out from behind his wall to even address me, much less assist me.
This was the most vile form of customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of enduring. I will be sure to let everyone I know just how awful this place is to its hardworking customers.

Read moreWent there for a second visit because my son liked the shop. However wasn’t able to get his haircut because the stylist doesn’t know how to manage her time. Appointment was for 2:45pm which we arrived about 5 minutes earlier and there was someone in the chair. Upon completing the person’s haircut at around 2:50 the stylist Michele walked off and never acknowledged our presence but instead took another customer . When we inquired as to how much longer we would have to wait Michele stated that the lady she took had been waiting since 2pm. Our appointment was at 2:45pm so I was confused as Michele didn’t offer an explanation other than the woman was waiting since 2pm as she walked away while speaking to us . I found her to be very unprofessional and someone who really didn’t value the customers . If she had just explained what happened instead of being arrogant and seemingly not caring about my son who needed a haircut we would’ve been returning . There so with that being said we won’t be returning to this location because obviously this location doesn’t care about customers . I strongly recommend the owner of this location have a conversation about time management with their stylist or I can see you losing more customers . I would not recommend anyone go to this location . Poor attitudes towards customers . Find another place...
