I've lived in Dorchester for 4 years now and the 2 apartments I've had, have mostly been furnished by a you. Tonight was my last night in there unfortunately! The last 2 times I was in there, tonight more so. I was rushed out even though I was asked if I was buying (and I was!) so they agreed to stay open another 5 minutes... at 6:15 and closing time is posted as 7pm!! I would've understood had they just said we're closing early tonight, come back tomorrow! And I would've. Instead I was rushed rudely, asked if I needed help (I didn't, said if I did I'd ask) he continued to followed my husband and I up and down the 6 inch wide isle anyway and continued on! At check out there were 3 gentlemen standing there, 1 was ringing us up while arguing with my husband about the discount we were told we'd receive (I know the customer isn't really always right, but you certainly DON'T ARGUE) meanwhile the other 2 instead of bagging our items we're doing whatever they should've waited for us to leave to do at closing! On the way out we were practically pushed out the door! With condescending "thank you's" the time before this I had 2,000$ to spend on bedroom sets and was treated like I was being hustled all the way around!! Fair to say I'm done with Jerusalem Furniture! Too bad to because I've been a good customer the past 4 years, and I do like most of their merchandise. However the men in there need a lesson in...

I have never had a better experience at a furniture store! Their honesty and amazing hospitality made me come back again and again, until I ended up buying practically all my furniture from them! I bought a lovely grey living room set, flashy accessories, and everything in my bedroom (too many too name!) all from them. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! First, they greeted me as if I was a long-lost friend, and showed me around the place! On top of this, they were very honest about my shipped items; they gave me an honest estimate for how long to wait, and didn’t fail to deliver (no pun intended)! In fact, because they knew how much I was in a rush for my things, they called me when they had an opening in their schedule to deliver my things earlier! Thank you so, so much, and keep on doing what you all are doing! I heartily recommend anyone to go to this wonderful place; I promise you, not only will you NOT regret it, but believe it is the BEST decision...

Their selection is incredible so many beautiful, high-quality pieces to choose from. The furniture I bought is amazing quality, arrived quickly, and was installed professionally.

What really sets them apart is how much they care about their customers. They make sure you find exactly what you need and leave completely happy. Honestly, they’re way better than any big chain store like Bob’s, Ashley’s, or Adam’s.
