I wanted to update my review and it's been a long time. I miss this group and this park so much you have no idea. I wrote this 3 years ago and I've been to a lot of dog parks since. None has had such good parents and such a great group of dogs. I miss them so much I had my first experience about 6 weeks ago - it was taking my new rescue Blue Heeler pup of 24 hours to get socialized. It is the perfect park for socializing a dog because it is quiet enough most of the time they can go in to the large dog area with just a few dogs. And if you need to (like mine does still occasionally) put your dog in the small dog area that runs along side it. Most of the dogs that visit when we do *4-6pm daily are large dogs - Great Danes - Pit Bulls - German Shepherds - Doberman Pinschers - Newfoundland - Samoyed -Bull Mastiffs - Huskys - etc... I have only seen a very few small dogs - a few doxies and small bull dogs - corgis but almost all play with the big dogs. My Blue Heller is usually the small guy (but the fastest and most fearless - he sees the big dogs as cattle and tries to herd them).
Things to note - parking is very limited and one of the OG furbaby moms had her SUV broken in to while parked there - and there is no water during winter so...
Read moreWe absolutely love this place I have a tiny Chihuahua and my partner in crime has a grand Labrador and the two of them have a wonderful time playing separately and together they both make friends my chihuahua gets so scared but there's plenty of places for her to hide if she does other than behind my legand I know that that's important to the little dog owners. Also there is a gate towards the back of the park that leads to a wonderful Forest walk around area in which I believe is so enchanting and is so wonderful for a dog's mind to be able to explore various new Sense on the first year from the trees get away from all the hustle and bustle of all the other dog friends there's a wonderful parking space for plenty of visitors and everyone that I've met there every time we go has been so...
Read moreThis place is a great hidden treasure in Lynnwood and so much more than meats the eye. Didn’t get a pic of the actual dog park, but it’s a decent sized gated dog park with a functional dog water fountain. If you take the trail to the left you will run into a small skate park, and the trail off to the right behind the dog park is a beautiful wooded hike, so nice you would think you were in a National Park.
The wooded trail is clean and well maintained with tons of options to take. The hills vary in difficulty but more than manageable for post adults and kids. There are several picnic clearing options that I know I will be going back to do just that.
Great place to take the kids for some outdoor fun, even if you do not have a dog, or an early morning trail run. I am so happy I...
