The Feed Store — Attraction in Lyons Township

I like going here for the chickens!!!! I won't lie, there is the little kid in me that loves to see the chickens 🤗 they have a great assortment of food for all types if animals and (when my little green parrolet was alive) we would get him some treats from here for him to enjoy. (He passed away due to age but he lived a long happy life 😇) The people there will get you what you need just by describing the item most of the time and I see that they all know more than you think but they want a person to ferl comfortable so they don't interrupt you while you explain or are talking. Very nice and SUPER fast service! It may seem like they just want you out but no, they don't want you to feel lost in there, they want to help you👍 i for one love going here, wr have a dog that LOVED the treats we bought hin from there 🤗 i will return, oh and of course, they have good prices. I bought a bag of pellets for my cat's litter box and it was a good fair price, saving me $ instead of regular kitty litter but we are easing our cat into it,...

Definitely recommend this store! I have come here a couple times before and they have really good prices. I needed a nursing bottle for a kitten I just got today so I came in. I walked in the door holding her and they immediately greeted me, my sister, and the kitten. They held her while me and my sister took a look around the store. We were gonna be a bottle (it was $4 cheaper here) but they advised us to just get her wet food although they could’ve made more sales by letting us buy the formula and the bottle. They also weighed her for us and fed her a can of wet food which they have to us for free. They also gave us a bag of free dry food. Thank you so much guys! They have a wide variety of birds and supplies at great prices but when I asked a simple question the response was extremely rude I asked if they had silkies that are a little bit older because my setup is for pullet sized chickens not baby chicks she then laughed in my face and said "goodluck you want us to do all the work so you don't have to do anything I hate people that come in and want a chciken that's about to start laying" I will not return to this store and will continue going to belmont feed and seed they have extremely FRIENDLY and HELPFUL staff that doesn't laugh at you and they also have silkies that are pullets I only went to this store because belmont feed and seed was...
