Food was warm and more of the veggies tasted and looked fresh. When I arrived I checked the app and it said my order was done I originally opted for curbside but after about 8 minutes I walked in but there was nobody inside except two workers and my order wasn't even started and the worker told me some stuff wasn't available like the ghost pepper bread . After about 12 minutes my 4 subs were done.. these were 2 identical types. 2 steak and cheese 2 meatball marinara. I bring them to the workers and a lot of the order wasn't followed like the cheese choices and the amounts. Like asking for extra red onion or extra jalapeno was missing and no cheese sauce to the cheese steak. At least it was warm and fresh even though it wasn't correct so I think next time the boys want subway we will try another location since they are a dime a dozen...

Awkward.... walks down toward me and says "Go ahead with your order." Wraps my sandwich with the end exposed, and then stuffs it in the bag. Not a thank, no have a good night, zilch. But hey, glad I could stand there with my payment in hand and listen to you and the Domino's worker that just strolled in, talking about he will bring you a pizza soon but it's too busy over there.... he says, I'll be back later... 😕. I knew I should have went to Mr. Submarine instead, where you get warmer service at the drive through speaker!!! Needless to say, no tip for you dear. I got better service at the self checkout in Walmart today. Food...
Read moreABSOLUTE WORST!!! This location is on my way home, so I go at least once a week for 2 sandwiches... for my husband & I. Using Subway app for the 1st time, I ordered the chicken teriyaki SPINACH wrap for me & hubby's regular FOOTLONG meatball sub.
When I get there, my Spinach wrap becomes a TOMATO wrap due to lack of spinach wraps. Because of my skin, I've been staying away from tomatoes. It took her 10min to understand my situation & Finally redo my order with flatbread, upon the manager's approval.
As I'm leaving, that's when I notice my hubby's sub is way too small! So I asked the manager if that's a footlong, he agreed so she had to make another 6in Meatball. Another problem is she REFUSED to Toast it!!!!!
