I live in LA where they are many Chevy dealers & ended up driving 200 miles north to purchase my Camaro ZL1 from Madera Chevy. That should tell you how they treated me. From the time when I first contacting this dealer inquiring about the car, through making the deal, taking delivery & follow up calls afterwards to make sure I was taken care off. Everybody I dealt with conducted themselves very professionally, did exactly what they said they would. Which is not so common nowadays. There were not so many of this model car Camaro ZL1 available here in LA, most of the local dealers in LA had an additional markup over MSRP - which nobody wants to pay more than sticker. Madera Chevy were not so greedy & offered a fair price on the car. I have purchased over 25 new commercial & personal vehicles over the last 30 years and this dealership is one of the most professional & easy to conducted business with.
Both John in fleet Dept & Robert in Sales Dept, went out of their way to help me. I did most of the paperwork over the phone & via email with Angela's help from the customer service dept. Very fair competitive pricing and excellent customer service,
Some of the local chevy dealers here in LA should take some lessons from Madera chevy in how to treat potential customers. There was no hard selling or playing any games. Just a fair, honest deal without any of the LA car buying drama.
In the past, I would never spent the time to write reviews on any given business. But as a business owner myself, I appreciate & respect a well ran business & felt this company was worth taking the time to share my experience with other potential car buyers.. There are still some car dealers out there that conduct themselves with some oil fasion good values.

I bought a 2017 Chevy truck from them last year in August had it for about a month then my lifters went out sent it back to get fixed stay with them for over a month mind you no rental until the last 3 days. Got it back had it for a week guess what engine went out had send it back again they had it for about two months finally got it back had it you guessed it another why because the engine went out now they have had it for 5 months. Mind in the middle of all this I got calls from the sales side say the “owner” was involved wanted to make it “right” and to separate meets there first one the guy I was supposed to meet with pushed me in to someone else and they were just trying to sell me a new truck then had another meeting a couple days let’s and guess what trying to sell me a new truck and not knowing anything about my situation okay but the owner knows sure. Then offered me half of what I paid and I quote told me well because they didn’t make anything on the repairs I have to take the hit for it and THEY HAVE TO KEEP THE LIGHTS ON!! but me making payments for a truck that I don’t have and getting told the replace engine they bought for my truck was fine quite from their warranty company and me borrow cars or catching rides has to take care of this dealership. Now today schedule another meeting and again the owner wants to make it right? Guess what I sat there waiting for 45 mins and left because obviously they don’t care about me a customer. Completely disrespectful like because my truck is in the shop I’ll just wait for them. When I contacted Madera Auto Center about the car I wanted, I was already impressed with the correspondence between Lisa Dodd and I because she was so polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She was such a pleasure to work with, and because of that we did not hesitate to work with the dealership despite being 130 miles away from them.
Unfortunately, we never got to meet Lisa because she was on vacation, but I'm glad to say our positive experience was maintained when she referred us over to Direct Salesperson Houa Xiong, who was really personable, well-mannered, and just a great person to work with! He had the car ready for us as soon as we arrived, and he made the transition into the finance office seamless. Lupe Martinez, the finance manager, explained the options for extended warranties/service packages and offered us packages that were actually catered to our needs. On our way back home we were even thanked by Lisa even though she was on vacation.
Madera Auto Center was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. They are a family-owned business, and one of the few dealerships that still understands that the core of their business is based on the relationship with the customers. They really put their customers first, which was evident by the way Lisa, Houa, Lupe and the rest of the staff treated us when we bought our car.
