I will preface this by saying I have never left a negative review before. I placed an online order at 3:06. At 3:18, I go up to the front and asked for my order. They looked surprised as if they had not been checking the system. “Oh, we just got it through right now.” Okay, fine. They’re swamped, I get it. My order was big: 6 piece meal, 10 piece meal, 2 famous bowls. I watched and waited as atleast 8 customers who came in after I had already alerted them of my order, receive their orders. Their orders included several meal combos including atleast a couple of 6 pieces and a 10 piece, by the way. I finally got my order at 3:48. Went to my car and they were missing sides. I had to go back. Left at 3:55. Associates were pleasant and apologetic, but their prioritization, organization, and management are terrible. You cannot just put off online/mobile orders and service the in-house line first even if you are busy. Maybe they lost their coleslaw somewhere and that was what was holding back my order, or they somehow ran out of an item that was in my order. Communication would have been helpful and I would have chose an alternate item. It was very frustrating as they said my order took so long because it was a big order, yet they serviced atleast 8 people after with multiple meal combos that could have went to my order. One bad incident and I would have let it slide as bad luck, but this has happened multiple times throughout the year at this location. Last time I’ll be here. The crispy chicken was too spicy and maybe it was that way to cover up the fact it wasnt fully cooked and I really don't care for raw chicken. I called the store and talked to I assume was the store manager and he said to come back in and they will redo my order. He said they had plenty of coleslaw to add to my order. I live 15 miles away and went back the next night so they could make it right. Well I got there and they told me they needed to bring in the rest of the food.. well I told them I threw it away as it was disgusting. Instead of handing out dry and old looking containers of food. It saddens me that so many people are using this pandemic as an excuse to further be lazy and rude. There is no excuse for not doing your job well done every time not just a quarter of the time. Will not eat here again. Tired of incorrect orders that look old and dried out and rude employees.
