Tractor Supply Co. — Attraction in Madera

We had just moved to Madera and I found Tractor Supply, what a breath of fresh air in the retail world. Their inventory is first class, high quality, and they have anything you will ever need for the home or ranch. James, the manager is top shelf, knowledgeable, friendly, and takes care of the customer. The staff is also very customer service driven. We purchased a wood burning stove and it has performed fantastic., in fact too good on occasion. We also use it for pet food, and everyday hardware needs. Santa found a few gifts for his trip and again high quality goods. And of course I had to have a chain saw to feed the stove and again good advice from James provided us just the right choice. I went in for a specific type of dog food and the bag size I NEED was out of stock. But the manager helped me out with a deal for another bag size. They also set me up for a regular home delivery of the type and size of dog food I wanted. Customer service is an 11 out of 10! Employees and even the managers Always have an excuse to not fill my propane tank. Today it was that it was froze outside and were told they couldn’t fill it while it was freezing out with such a sudden temperature drop.
