The person you rent from could be better at communicating was told when I made the deposit I could bring the keys back the morning after our event as long as it before 10am and drop in mailbox but when I signed the paperwork a note was sneakly hand written at the bottom that the keys needed to be returned after our event, at 12am at night...I live no where near where the keys would be returned, so I had verify again, that I could bring them back in the morning like we previously spoke about. Also was told I could come get the keys the evening before so I could go in and decorate since no one was renting it the day before our event....but of course when I pick up the keys I was told if i wanted to do so I'd have to pay extra...it's kind of like a bait and switch thing you see at car dealerships...was told these nice convenient things at deposit but when it got down to signing the paperwork it was not how we actually discussed it. I give this place 0 stars it was hot as hell in there the place wasn’t clean it was really nasty and she wanted us to clean it after finished. We left it in the same condition as was fridge has a bad old smell to it I swear it was like a 100 degrees in that place guest were sweating and makeup running . The stoves are very old the gas one started smoking in the inside it’s so dirty it’s just nasty and sad all at once. The lady sherry is very unprofessional at her job and needs to be fired from it don’t rent this place during the summer it’s not worth it you will be disappointed and your guest also and you can’t turn the air up it’s a big sign that says don’t touch lol so sad the price is good but the service you want is bad . We rented this hall for a rehearsal dinner. The price was good but you do have to provide everything like paper towels and the kitchen doesn't have really any thing in it.
