I've heard from others that the wait on a Hot N Ready (and even ordering ahead online!) from this location is a joke. I've been getting the stuffed crust extra most bestest pizza for a few times and it tasted amazing. There is always a bit of a wait, even during specific "Hot N Ready" time frames, but it wasn't bad. This last time I went on Sunday was a total disaster. I heard another customer complaining how he had waited 45 mintues for his Hot N Ready pizza which prompted me to ask how long my wait would be before I paid for 2 pizzas. The employee in the drive thru assured me it would only be 8 minutes. During my wait, the customer who waited all that time, angrily got his money back and left. As a storm, soon to be tornado, was approaching, I was antsy to get home. After waiting out front for my Hot N Ready pizzas at approximately 6:30 for 20 minutes, I decided to go inside to see what the delay was about. He told me the pizzas were in the oven and should be out at any time. One pizza came out and he tried to hand it to me, but I reminded him I paid for 2 pizzas. He said, "Oh, this must be their pizza" indicating to the car outside who came through well after me. I asked him if there were 2 pizzas for me still in the oven to which he assured me there was. When he came back in, I noticed an employee in the back just put in another pizza, which would be the one I would wait so much longer for. The first pizza he gave away was actually my first pizza. During this entire time, the employees were all laughing, joking around, and no one seemed to be in charge. No one was in a rush, though there were many angry customers all around. I had heard about their unprofessionalism and lack of structure, but I didn't believe it until then. I'm not sure who manages that Little Caesars, but if the manager was there on that day, LC should surely consider...
Read moreI placed an order for pick up through the drive-through 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. I received an email saying that my order was ready for pick up. As I pulled through the drive-through, they tried to give me someone elseâs order. When I told the cashier that this was not the correct order, she told me that my order was not here. I showed her where I had placed the order on the app And then they told me that my order was just now being put into the oven. I told them that I had placed the order 30 minutes earlier and that I got an email saying that it was ready, then the cashier said well itâs not ready and you can pull up and wait. After waiting for 15 more minutes, someone brought the pizzas out and had finally told me that my order was given to someone else and that she was sorry. However, they were not sorry about the attitude that they gave me or the time that we spent sitting out in a 98° car waiting for the pizza to be ready. I never understand why this Little Caesars has such an issue with appropriate staffing or at least decent customer service. They really need to get...

Look, I'm a Little Caesars fan through and through, but even love has its limits! This Madison Heights location keeps things running smoothly with their hot-n-ready pizzas and those addictive new Crazy Puffs (pro tip: go for the herb variety - it's a cheese lover's dream).
The Good The place is spotless and the staff is super friendly, especially when I'm fumbling with the Pizza Portal - which brings me to my first tiny gripe. While this high-tech pizza locker system is supposed to be the future of pizza pickup, I often end up doing the "Can you hand me my pizza" dance with the busy staff.
The Quirks The parking situation is... interesting. Let's just say if you're rolling up in anything bigger than a compact car, you might get your steps in walking from the neighboring lot. But hey, that just helps burn off those Extra Most Bestest calories, right?
Despite these minor hiccups, this Little Caesars delivers consistent quality and value. Sure, it's not a fancy wood-fired artisanal pizza joint, but when you're craving that signature crazy bread at 9:45 PM, they've...
