Aaron's Rent To Own — Attraction in Madison

Great stuff at great prices and they don't call you 100 times if you are just 1 or 2 days late. Best staff around who will be kind and helpful from the moment you walk thru the door but also have the respect to give you time to look around if you dont need help right away. When or if anything comes up, like being behind payment wise, they are more than likely always able to work with you and can even help make your contract more manageable as long as you explain to them whats going on. The manager Zack is amazing there and willing to give the shirt off his back to help every customer. By now I know pretty much the whole staff on first name bases bc we have rented atleast 3-5 differnt pieces from them, all rented and now we own them all. They are definitely the absolute best rent to own place in town and I can say that with conviction. Unlike other places they have nothing shady going on and they dont harass you like the other if you're a minute/day late on coming in. Highly recommend for anyone in madison or surrounding areas to go to Aaron's first for any of your household needs before checking out any other rent to own places. They can even work deals with you to make it where you get what you need at a rate you know you are actually able to pay bi weekly or however you need it to be. 5star service and...

They are very rude and hatefull!! Their pushy on sales over priced and do not have insurance if sonething happens to its in you. For a washer tv stand couch bed I was paying over 500$ a month. ( My daughter-in law uses American rental and has kitchen table couch recliner roundtables coffee table intertament center bed and memory fome matters lamps lawnmower. And dont even pay 500 a month with them!!) I do not recommend this store at all. (Jerry) is a smart as s from hell as well as (Brent)!! If you get something thats not new your paying for new and if something is wrong they blame you even though its not your fault. When they take the stuff you send back out to the truck they will cut it and say that you did it. They wont let you read any of your paper work to look over your agreement to be sure you not breaking anything in the agreement. I know a guy that use to work their he said they have planted dead bed bugs on stuff that they pick up after they take it to their truck and then blame you not finding them on anything eals!! We called and told them to come and pick up their stuff and they ok we will be their Friday we said that would be fine . Well we called and asked them like at 630 where and what time they would be here to get it and Jerry said they would be here bc they are running behind then around 7 or lil after Jerry calls us back and says they had to reschedule it for Saturday between 11 n 4 bc the guys had a flat tire on the truck well that's aweful funny bc my wife went right past there as I was on the phone with Jerry and the truck was there with no flat tire.
