Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

We ordered a pizza and it said our pizza would arrive between 5:45 and 6:15 p.m .... 7:00 p.m rolls around and our kids go to bed at 7:30 so we call to see where our pizza is and they tell us it should be there within another hour or so. I tell them I want to speak to a manager and they tell me that one isn't around so I tell them to cancel my order and refund my card. They hang up on me and dont refund my card. My boyfriend calls back and asks to speak with a manager and they tell him one is not there and that they'll change our pizza arrival time to 7:30 p.m. he tells them to forget it and just cancel our order and refund us because our kids are going to bed and we've already done something different for dinner since our pizza is over an hour and a half late. They say they'll have a manager call us back but they never do and we never received a refund. We used to only eat papa John's, now after that experience, we won't...

They messed up my pizza and tried to gaslight me about it. Yea, the manager tried to say I ordered some kind of chicken barbeque pizza with pineapple instead of the cheese pizza that I wanted, which by the way is close to the bottom of the page; when the cheese pizza is pretty much at the top page. When a customer says I got the wrong pizza, don't tell them ; "Well, that's what you ordered!; and definitely don't through some receipt at them that could easily be redone, to somehow show them what an idiot they are. Manager must think this 56 year-old man hasn't been around the block a few times. I know what I ordered, this isn't my first online order. Nice first impression. I won't be ordering...

Me and my wife do agree the pizza is good, We have no interest in ordering anything from the Papa Johns in Madison Indiana. The past four times we called to get a couple to of pizzas and bread sticks. We called to tell we said we would pay with our debit card. The manager gets on the, we are shocked by her smug, hateful attitude, she argued with us, treating us with sarcasm, once we understand as she may have been very busy. But we were treated like we were bothering her. The past 4 times we ordered for delivery. We have not ordered from Papa Jons in 5 months and we don't know if we will order...
