Dodge Field Playground — Attraction in Madison

Clean park. Nice equipment for small and older kids to climb on. Sand box has decent amount of trucks donated (left there by locals I assume) but the sand is tough to play in as it gets rained on and mixed with the outside mulch. This area could use a roof to keep the sand dry, but I’m sure that’s a large expense no one is looking to take on. Benches could use some rotting board...

I watch two young children and both of them love it here and I love it because its gated on one side. The only thing is on the other side of the playground part theres a giant open baseball field with multiple entrances which makes me nervious, my older charge is prone to elopement so if you have a runner you might want to be careful because that side...
