Tons of Toys — Local services in Madison

All we can say is WOW! Chris the owner of Tons of Toys and his crew were outstanding!! We were away on vacation and needed to have some gifts sent to a special young relative who was Morristown Memorial Hospital. We called Tons of Toys and Sebastian and Kevin ran with our request!! Went out of there way to gather a bunch of toys, send us pics via text and stayed in our budget! The communication via text was impressive!!! They kept us in the loop thru the entire process, made sure we were happy with the selection of the multiple gifts, and even thru in a few extra items. Are we done yet... absolutely not!! Taking it to another level, they wrapped all the gifts, threw in balloons, took a picture of all the wrapped gifts together and sent it over for approval!! Done... not yet!! They drove the gifts to the hospital and made sure they got to the room. Sebastian followed up with a phone call to let us know that the delivery was made!! They made our relatives day!!

What an OUTSTANDING job by the entire crew at Tons of Toys!! We have used them before, but at this point forward... this is the only Toy Shop we'll ever use!!! Thanks again to the entire crew!! Chris... outstanding business you have! Thanks again to you and all...

From the outside, I was suspect that we were going to find anything for the multitude of birthday parties our son's been invited to, but I was pleasantly surprised that this place is amazing. The staff were all very helpful. They had tons of options to chose from, and the employees asked great questions to try to help provide options for gift selection. They also provide free gift wrapping and have lots of cards to chose from, which was a gigantic time saver. They also helped me keep a few things out of sight so they could be given as surprises for his upcoming birthday.

I bought a birthday toy for my son. Staff was helpful in helping me pick a RC Car. Once opened there was a defect with the battery compartment screw. I took it back and was greeted immediately by helpful staff going beyond to remedy the situation. After trying to fix the defect, they simply replaced it with another one. They’re not the cheapest but superior customer service makes up for the difference. Happy to know my money is going towards an honest local business. Customer loyalty is earned,...
