This review is long overdue, let's start off by saying the flowers are ALWAYS perfect. It's florist like this that gives me faith in small businesses. The staff is always super friendly, and amazingly punctual. I live very far from my significant other and I enjoy sending her flowers, so Ive been ordering quite often and Everytime something is out of stock, or they don't have a certain vase, or when I accidentally order a funeral arrangement ( loI ). The response time is never more than than a day, sometimes it's the same day. The best part they respond with solutions! It's the little things like this that puts them above all, I have yet to even consider ordering from anyone else and I probably never will! Wildflower designs has my loyalty, they are the BEST and you won't be disappointed. I wish I could remember the names of the gentlemen who helped me but if you guys see this thankyou for everything and all the smiles you've brought to me and to my other half , I thank all of you. I still don’t drive into Boston and didn’t know what I was going to do about the flowers. Tomorrow is her birthday. I contacted Wild Flowers Design in Malden and Jack Casey made me these beautiful flowers and put them on my family’s grave. Jack is absolutely lovely and I’m so happy with the way they look. He kept in touch with me for about a month before and when it was all done he actually sent me a picture of the final product.
I highly recommend this company for any kind of flowers that you need done. They are an extremely honest company to deal with.

Read moreWe had a lot of faith in Wildflower Designs for our wedding recently until our ceremony was starting & all of our mothers + grandmothers were left without their flowers before heading down the aisle. My husband and I had a very simple, small floral order all around. No frills. So it was very upsetting that we had to chase down owner, Jack, on the phone to understand where our ceremony flowers were — 10 minutes before start time. His response was non-chalant and cold. “Oh I forgot.” My family even tipped Jack, before we all realized that the ceremony flowers were missing.
