Posh Collections — Attraction in Malvern

I didn’t find the customer service at Posh acceptable. I don’t know if there was some type of bias because I went in with my friend who is African American but a women who is shorter a bit chubby and blonde (Tori or something like that) followed us everywhere we went. Very uncomfortable feeling. They also were a bit rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience. When we asked for different sizes they dismissed us. They don’t carry many luxury brands and when I asked about a few Danish brands like Malene Birger the sales woman had no idea what I was talking about. Posh is a local Malvern gem. The customer experience was absolutely wonderful as they helped me find the perfect post partum holiday outfit. The owner was very kind and flexible in helping me with a return I needed to make and I am just so grateful for their hospitality. Posh is an exceptionally high end boutique but the quality and experience is what you are paying for.
