Hot Tub Central — Attraction in Manalapan Township

Larry was great, after visiting at least 7 other hot tub stores and seeing all the different brands along with hearing every salesman say “this is the Ferrari of hot tubs” I was hesitant to travel to another store. I spoke with Larry on the phone prior to coming and told him what I was looking for. Being in sales myself I was guarded at first when he was trying to convince me to go with the brands he carried. After I explained what I liked in certain brands I saw elsewhere and what I didn’t like he told he knows exactly what tub I would like and that it was in his showroom. I told him I already looked at Jacuzzi at other locations and he said you didn’t see this model at the other locations, so I made the trip to Hot Tub Central Manalapan. As soon as I walked in the first tub I saw in the showroom was my ideal tub and Larry was right that was exactly what I was looking for that I couldn’t find anywhere else. He worked with me and made it an easy transaction. What a great experience!!

We all know you don’t shop for a hot tub too frequently so it can be overwhelming. When my wife and I went to Hot Tub Central we were met by Gareth who is not only extremely knowledgeable on hot tubs, but also quite pleasant to deal with. Rather than feel like i was dealing with a salesman, i felt Gareth took a consultative role, asking us numerous questions about how we planned to use the tub and then narrowed it down to two choices. After we made our choice, he kept us informed along the way each step until the tub was delivered. While most “salesmen” end the relationship at that point, Gareth came to the house to go over the functionality of the hot tub and be sure we were pleased with our purchase. My wife and I were contemplating buying a hot tub for years. We visited many hot tub companies however never really feeling comfortable enough to move forward with a purchase. UNTIL we stopped by Hot Tub Central located on Rt 9 Manalapan. We met sales associate Larry who at the time was tending to a couple who was there buying their 2nd hot tub. My wife and I waited patiently and jokingly said what if in 10-20yrs we come back and buy another hot tub. Wow, who would have thought 5mths later we would actually be enjoying our first hot tub in our own backyard. What an experience.
