Store experience was great. Fair price for delivery and setup being almost 2 hours away. Happy with the purchase. After the sale service lacked where I had to reach out to mattress manufacturer for warranty documents along with adjustable bedframe documents as my emails requesting them went unanswered and were not provided. Only received a receipt from store at time of payment. Update...there was no issue with the product purchased. The issue was we never received documentation on the mattress or adjustable frame.
