Have been shopping here for years with always a positive experience. Recently I made a large purchase After noting an item was defective, I called immediately. When I went to return it, I wasn't greeted or treated in the same manner as I had during my purchase. The team member who assisted in the purchase and subsequent return was less than thrilled, handed me my receipt under the divider and walked away. Nothing more was said.
