I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I am willing to give this place another chance however my first visit wasn’t very pleasant. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. In fact they seemed to go out of their way to ignore me, even when I had questions. I am not a confrontational person so I left after over 30 minutes of no customer service. They are the only wood craft store in the area, and I don’t know if that is why they feel they can do whatever and people just have to deal with it. I will give them another try. The hardware was bent, the wooden foundation was cracked through, and the stain was distorted by the bubble wrap, after failing to properly cure. I had considered using my refund to hire someone to fix it, but after getting a few quotes, I brought it to Woodcraft to see what they'd say.
They set me up with all the materials and tools I'd need to fix the breaks. I had a little bit of experience helping to work with wood, but none on my own. Several of the gents there were willing to listen to what I wanted, answer questions, and make their recommendations.
