Starbucks — Restaurant in Manchester

More often then not this store is great, today was horribly sloppy. It took 14 minutes to get my mobile order. I watched as people who ordered after me at the counter get their order and leave, and multiple drive thru orders get taken care of by 4 baristas. The Manager then responded, after I had to ask for my drink and still watch 4 drinks get made before handed mine, that there clearly was a line a I saw it. Not sorry for the wait. The wait that produced a luke warm drink with the end of a canister of whip(i order extra and i got barely anything and soupy. Also, for some reason there is a barista that is allowed to serve without covering his excessive amount over hair, and he's right on the espresso machine making drinks. My father who is a war veteran and cancer survivor who has been going through hell with chemo and recovery came to this location to spend some time with me which he barely gets to do because he's so sick. He's never been here before and when attempting to order he accidentally asked for a "tall-tall" and instead of the barista just understanding what he meant he ridiculed my father and said there's no such thing as a tall-tall and went on and on. My father is 65, sick from his chemo and suffers from PTSD. Instead of being an understanding....idk..HUMAN, this Barista belittled and ridiculed my father to the point where he says he "avoids Starbucks at all costs." Lately I've been getting just milk and a splash of espresso in my shaken espresso it's to much money to get a wrongfully made coffee everytime , just to be looked at like im crazy?? They are so nice but (usually) this is not a hangout spot the only reason I come there is lacking the food/drinks . Literally so sad yall get me addicted to the stuff then give me a bad batch .
