When my now fiancé and I started searching for an engagement ring, I knew right away I wanted an eternity band rather than a traditional solitaire ring. My online research led me to Ounce of Salt, Jen’s business. I loved that Jen provided such helpful and insightful information in her online blog regarding the technical considerations behind choosing an eternity band, such as cut and setting type. Although we live in San Diego, we booked an appointment to look at rings in her Manhattan Beach studio and made the drive up one weekend. Jen was so welcoming and helped us pick a ring design on a Saturday afternoon. The process of custom ordering, selecting the diamonds, and shipping the ring was seamless with great communication throughout. It has been over one year since receiving the ring and I continue to get compliments on it all the time....

*UPDATE!! My collection of jewelry has since increased, and we are engaged! I love my custom designed engagement ring that Jen worked with my fiancé in creating. A family diamond was used, which was even more special to have the care taken to create such a unique piece. I am someone who notices attention to detail, and everything is perfect about my ring. I’ve also just chosen my wedding bands, which Jen made very stress free and fun! Can’t wait for my next addition to Oz of Salt jewelry...
