They have some amazing things the only complaint is that some things are way over priced while other things are underpriced ex: I got a beautiful vase for $2 and there was a rock literally a little stone for $4 each.... 1 for $4?

Found a great plantation headboard and very tall and heavy brass lamps. . Had to cut the headboard down a bit to fit under our Ranch windows and wala its perfect no paint needed.

My wife and I have been coming to this thrift store as well as others in the Mankato area for years and enjoy just shopping and getting out of the house. Today I went to the VINE store and chatted with a man who I have had many conversations with and finally asked him who he was and he told me his name was Dave and was the manager. I have to say that over the past three years or more my wife and I have never met a more polite, friendly and helpful individual. Whether we bought anything or not this manager was always friendly and truly took time with us and even had quite the sense of humor. We also met a new employee and she was incredibly helpful and fun to talk to. She even apologized for being new when she didn't know the answer to something and handled it very well--thanks Julie for the help and keep up the good work! We greatly appreciate the customer service that we receive at this store and really enjoy the people that work there and will keep coming back! Thanks for making us feel welcome!

2nd Addition--We just visited this store again today and were so impressed with the two men who helped us with our purchase and even showed us a better way to move and transport the couch for our daughter! Can not say enough about the excellent customer service here! WE...

Normally I like vine for its good furniture selection, although the prices can be a little bit higher than other thrift stores. The quality they accept is usually better than normal.

As for customer service- my girlfriend and I are really trying to get our pet room set up and wanted to quickly scan for any surface that could hold aquariums/supplies/cages. We arrived at 5:58pm and they close at 6pm. We pulled up to an employee just locking the door and explained that we would only need a minute or two to scan for the right end table/coffee table. They said to come back another day, which is not going to happen.

Very disappointing.

I understand that they want to close up and get home ASAP after a day of work, but at any place I have ever worked- if a customer makes it to the door before closing time, especially on a quick errand, then they are welcomed in with a smile and maybe a small hint or two to please be quick about...

I hate it when places like this say that they are a nonprofit organization!! Mine does not do anything for anyone for free they charge the elderly people that they help and the poor people that they serve and everything that they sell in their store is been given to them for free, so I’d like to know where all that money goes!!! I feel that this is very misrepresented when people think they are donating to a good cause and they’re not they don’t even have to pay half of the people that work there because they all volunteer so somebody’s making all this money they ask thousands of dollars for some of the furniture they have there it’s ridiculous all which has have been given to them for free just like Goodwill is the...
