We purchased a dining room table and matching chairs from the Covered Bridge back in October. We had checked five other furniture stores in both the Twin Cities and nearby towns and found that the Covered Bridge offered by far the most “in store” models to look at and the best price for similar quality products. Once the table and chairs were delivered and used for over a month over the holidays we noticed that one of the four leaves had a small crack in it. We contacted Curtis(our sales person) to tell him the problem and he immediately got on the phone with factory. It was determined they wanted us to send the entire tabletop and all four leaves back to the factory at their expense to completely refinish the tabletop and leaves so that the new leaf would match. We searched and searched for quality couches. Everything at the other stores was cheap, covered in chemicals, uncomfortable and would wear out fast. These couches from covered bridge were made in the USA by an Amish family. They are real wood (not particle board with the bad glues), have high density foam cushions so they don’t wear out so fast, were narrower depth like what we were searching for, and we got to pick the fabric (we chose one without scotch guard or fire retardants).
