Sleep Number — Hotel in Mankato

Sarah was absolutely fantastic when helping us purchase a new matress. At our first visit, we tried out all the different models and were surprised that both our numbers were higher and it was much more comfortable to have a firmer matress. Ours at home is extremely plush, and we sleep terribly at night. It's great that you can change the number and adjust the base as well. We shopped at other matress places and had a terrible experience at other stores. Since Sara gave us great options and was a pleasure to work with, we decided to spend a little more and get a good bed. We are going with the i8 and are really excited to get it shipped to our house!

We got our mattress here. Travis was a great help. He ran through our sleep numbers talked about financing. We got our mattress delivered and setup and they did an excellent job. He followed up and asked whether we had any additional concerns. They have a good selection and w as d quick and easy. The sleep number is great for me and my wife as we have very different needs I regard to firmness of our mattress. We had bought two mattresses prior to this and as our bodies changed we needed something different. This mattress let's us change it with any changes that happen and we get a great nights sleep. Our visit to the Sleep Number store was quite pleasant and we enjoyed visiting with our salesperson Patti. Our displeasure began when Patti told us we had to buy the adjustable frame from what I think was a competitor because they had and would not receive one for months. We had to go to another store to get the frame and this made me uncomfortable. The competitor didn't particularly want to help us. There has to be a better way to handle this problem.
