First, they advertise online as MMJ Recs, but charged my card as Divan Medical.

I was quoted a wrong price by a provider. When I called MMJ Recs, I agreed to pay the increased price given. Once I completed the call with the doctor, I was told that I now owed an additional $124 to complete the service I already paid $75 ($25 more than originally quoted). I refused to pay the additional money and they said they would only refund $25 despite not completing the service for which I originally paid. I asked to send email documentation of the situation to the supervisor to try to resolve the matter because I was getting no where on the phone. I received a response to my email that day that they would refund the $25 and still complete the service. Several days go by and I received no further communication regarding how to proceed nor am I issued the refund I was promised. I reach out again and now, they tell me they are going back on the written agreement to perform the service and refund the $25. Eventually, we agree to part ways and they would refund the full $75. Two weeks later and no refund has been issued and they are no longer responding to my emails. I have disputed the charge with my credit...
