I just went to the skate park today for the first time, and it was very fun. Maybe ten minutes later, a lady came over and told my brother to leave, because he was on his bicycle. He complied with the rules and left as ordered without hesitation or argument. We admit that this was on our part because we hadn't read the rules, because we have seen other people on BMX bicycles there in the past without being told that they were not allowed. However, we did take into consideration of reading the rules after our time there. On the rules, it stated that no bikes or scooters were allowed. Read moreFenced, smooth, graffiti free skatepark with a small bland street section and a big, well designed bowl. There is a large flatground area as well. Surrounding the park there are tables and benches for spectators. Street section has a 5 foot corner 1/4, a center hump with a ledge on top, lots of banks, all very mellow. The perimeter has lots of ledges averaging shin to knee high. The big bowl is 11 feet deep I believe, tight, fast. The park is maintained by the city and locked after hours.
