QQ noodles is by far our favorite and go to spot for the best Pho in Monterey county. We've been a fan since the day they opened. From the time they opened to this current day, they have been consistent with their menu and service.

I believe they are a spin-off of another local noodle, Pho place down the street, not naming names. I say this because their menu is exactly the same.

In order for Pho to be good, great or the best, the broth needs to have that flavor. There are many Pho places that their broth taste like water, no flavor. When other Pho places make their Pho like that, it's noticeable. QQ noodles Pho broth has that flavor. They've put some time, effort and love into making it. You don't even have to add anything to make it better, just the way it comes.

They have a variety of Pho to choose from, with a variety of meats and seafood. Their basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos and lime are fresh and plentiful. If you're not feeling Pho, their rices dishes and vermicelli noodles are delicious and satisfying too. They also have vegan on the menu. Their apps are so good, it's a must. Boba teas, fruit teas, and milk teas are well known and a must when dining here. Perfect pair to having anything on the menu.

Highly recommend when...

First time here, I ordered Rare beef pho to go and the pork chop dinner, and a mango peach Boba slushie, total came to $28, it was to go. I asked for extra limes, she said there is a charge, when asked how many it comes with, 1 wedge 🙄 okay so 4 wedges for a $1

Got home the pork chop was very big, semi tender but there was a lot of fat...a lot. They gave plenty of fried rice and broccoli. The fried rice was good, my reason for 3 stars, by far the worst broccoli I have ever tasted. It tasted as though it had been cooked in scorched oil, I could see one or two pieces, nope ut was the whole thing.

I haven't gotten to my pho yet, but when I ordered rare pho from a competitor the steak was still raw when in got home and I added it myself. Here they put the rare in the broth for me so I feel it will be overdone by the...

I've been here multiple times (only way I give 5 stars). I usually get chicken pho. It is really tasty and the normal size is enough for one hungry man. the large portion is too much food for one person... Which doesn't mean I didn't eat it all.

The steam buns are also massive and tasty.. Lots of bread and filling.

The chow fun is what I dream of when I day-dream about noodles. I didn't know this until I tried them recently. Seriously one of the best things I've tried.

Huge boba selection if you're into that (I...

Found this place while staying about 10-15 minutes away for the night. Everything I had was very good and would definitely return next time I'm in the area. I had A5, Lemongrass chicken vermicelli, Hokkaido milk tea and Vietnamese coffee to go. The only (very minor) complaint was that the straw for the boba wasn't quite big enough and so the boba often got stuck in the middle! Unfortunately I managed to drop my Vietnamese coffee trying to put it in the fridge to save to later, but the two sips I salvaged were very good.:-/

Strange Vietnamese, Hawaiian/Japanese, Filipino, Americanized Chinese type fusion happening here. All the meats are wet and over sauced. Nothing like real Vietnamese grilled meat. The fried rice has coconut milk in it?! They are very stingy with the Jalapeños and basil. If you are looking for "authentic", you won't find it here. The only thing I would suggest is the Bun Bo Hue and that's just good, not great.
