Marinas beat donut spot and some say in both salinas and monterey.

Donuts are alright on my opinion. The distinction i believe ia that they are not dense but nice and fluffy. Not to sugary either. The selection ia limited though. What is not limited is their selection of fine pick-me-ups. Great mochas and coffee.

Prices are reasonable. Limited seating. Mostly always a line during the mornings. Staff is some what getting pushed around by this one philipino lady. Might be the boss.

Last time i came it was cash only so just in case bring cash with ya.

What i do suggeat and love about this place ia their bagels. Plenty and i mean plenty of cream cheese on my cream cheese and ham sandwhich last time i ordered one.

So if your ever a drive or a stroll near marina, and your belly is rumbling listen to it and stop by Marina...

This place use to be the best around. Now there is new ownership and I see changes for the worse. I hope they can go back to what made them so good in the past. For example this morning the line was out the door and they had 2 people working the front. I don't mind waiting a little bit but it shouldn't take 25-30 min to get a bagel. Speaking of which, my #5 roast beef bagel had two small slices of beef. I couldn't even taste the meat, it was all bread. They use to load up the meat. I have noticed them going cheap over my last few trips. My apple fritter has way less apples in it too. I will give this place a few more tries before I go to the place across the street. Get it together...

I have been coming to this place for ten years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. The bagels are delicious and the cream cheese selection is vast, flavorful, and equal parts delightfully creamy and fluffy. You will never find a more robust strawberry cream cheese. The donuts are one of the best parts of the experience, and the donut holes are the best, though on weekends they run out early! I would highly recommend their peach and cream cheese bagel, it’s my favorite thing there. Over the years, I have noticed the efficiency and friendliness of the staff start to decline slightly but the food is so good it makes up for any deficiency...

I’m an avid regular here, usually come in at least once a week. Never have had any complaints. Two other people were there getting their order as well. Not busy, I know Sundays can get pretty packed. Basically.. lady who took my order, not sure what’s going on in your life but please don’t let it out on people foods/orders. You burnt my everything seems bagel, and barely nothing to cream cheese and didn’t even add the avocado that I asked. (Should of checked before getting home, my bad) Clearly I’m hangry and was looking forward to this bagel that I have gotten before no problem. I’ll get over it, just sucks.

Best bagels hands down in Monterey Peninsula. If they were in Carmel By the Sea or Monterey their prices will be double. The service is prompt and friendly. There is no seating inside but if you want a bagel or a bagel sandwich this place is great . The cashier was very thoughtful about packaging the food and asked if I need knives. She the gave me a cardboard tray in addition to the bags to carry everything. What a great service.

This little donut & bagel shop has all the standard donuts, bagels, and sandwiches in numbers. I didn't taste everything but they all looked fabulous. The donuts were notably large. The counter staff were warm, helpful, and fast. That make standing in the occasionally long line very easy to tolerate. I get the impression this is the only shop of it's kinda on this side of Marina. Enjoy.
