Brighter Days Candle Shop — Attraction in Marlboro Township

I always wanted to enjoy candles but certain companies gave me headaches from the overpowering scents. One of my co-workers had one on in his office from this company and I couldn’t believe how wonderful the scent was. I bought the Christmas bundle and they were all phenomenal (baby it’s cold outside is my current favorite). Since then I have bought several other scents and I couldn’t be happier. The best thing about these candles is that they aren’t overwhelming. They know exactly how to mix the different scents in the perfect way. I also did the candle workshop on 1/12 and it was amazing! We were able to pick our own scents, design our own labels and get to know the owner and the company itself. I definitely recommend trying it. This company also has spectacular customer service. The shipping service broke one of my candles in the mail on 12/22 and the owner was so nice and replaced it immediately. I was still able to get it in time for Christmas! I will never buy candles...

90% of my candle collection comes from Diana at Brighter Days Candle Co. and the only reason it's not 100% is because I stopped burning anything else. I have a shelf on my bookcase just for these candles and probably have about 15 of them, not counting those I've already used up and repurchased. She shops around and doesn't stop until everything that goes into her business is of the highest quality possible. Scents are clean, soy wax lasts, and the crackle of the wood wick is so satisfying. You can also find custom candles at other local businesses throughout Monmouth County that Diana creates just for their brands. Do yourself a favor and buy from here. This is probably the most cutest place I’ve ever stepped foot in. It’s esthetically pleasing, so clean, so organized, plenty of parking, good quality materials and a great owner— Diana is the most sweetest and humble person. She also sells already made candles that smell amazing ! What I love the most , is that there are no added harsh ingredients, it’s literally all organic. The chef kiss, final touch, was the wooden wick that gives a camp fire, cozy feel on a fall-season night.

From start to finish creating our candles was so much fun !! My favorite part was creating our candle labels and playing board games while we waited for our candle wax to dry. I will definitely be back. I wish I could rate it a 10/10, there was not one...
