Canoe/kayak access to Green Harbor River but NOT harbor/bay/beach. Limited free parking and lovely dock, but waterfront is over 1/10 mile from parking, so plan to carry your boat.
The Green Harbor River is really lovely to paddle, and as far as I can see, this is the only public access. Don’t plan to paddle from here to the beach— the bridge under route 139 is blocked.
I didn’t check out many of the other park amenities, but it has outdoor gym equipment (two rowers, two elliptical, and two upper/lower body bikes). The park was clean, attractive, and well-maintained, and it provided balls for bocce and volleyball.
